Apogee Duet & Snow Leopard

Problem: Mac Pro OSX-Snow Leopard it doesn't recognize duet, i'm using sonnet fireware adaptor (400 to 800), my apogee maestro software is up to date 1.9.14-Snow Leopard compatible.

I don't know what's wrong maybe is the Apogee Maestro New Driver, because when i go to the system profiler it shows Duet is connected, but it doesn't appear on the audio preferences panel...the green led on Duet keep blinking, never go green solid and when i go to the PREFERENCES on APOGEE MAESTRO i can't check the "launch maestro automatically when connecting a device" box...before was working perfect with my laptop (Macbook pro, fireware 800, Mac OSX 10.4.11).

I've trying to register my product on apogee website to get support, but is not working ok, i can't create an account, something is wrong with the site...so please if anyone can help me with this issue i'll really appreciate that...is urgent!!!

I tried this fix ................. but no change. Still my Macbook does not recognise the Duet when it is plugged in. Maestro Mixer and Maestro Controls don't have the controls for duet either. Duet works fine on my iMac with Leopard.

Thanks i'll try to see how goes...Mac Pro 8-core it doesn't come with fireware 400 ports, so i'm waiting for the apogee 400/800 cable they're offering to see if fix the problem...

...great... except I just updated and restarted and now Maestro won't even open. Bounces once then nothing. Thanks, Apogee!

i am having the same problem. i have a new mac pro and am using a sonnet fire wire 400 to 800 adapter. have you had any solutions to your issue
