Apple Application Support is required to run iTunes.

On first execution after a clean install of iTunes 9, this error message:

*Apple Application Support was not found.*

*Apple Application Support is required to run iTunes. Please uninstall iTunes, then install iTunes again.*

*Error 2*

Can't run iTunes. Already reboot, reinstall, blah blah blah. Windows Vista 32.

Recommendations?

Hi, I am LOST!! I need help, I download that link and then the only option was run, so I run de program, and now I have no idea about where to find CMD LINE (or what does that means), Anyhow, I use my music all the time for my classes and I am lost with out the chance of using iTunes!! please help in a lenguage for dummies like me!!

Hi 🙂 I am having the same problem and have tried doing the steps mentioned in the discussion with WinRar and the other steps, I tried switching off the firewall and still Itunes doesn't work saying it cannot find the Apple Application Support. I even tried downloading it seperatly and nothing. Did you guys find a solution to this misery? I'd be glad to know because I have a ipod touch and I need Itunes to put music on it. Thanks.
