iPhone coma mode

If you're experiencing coma mode, don't forget to open a support case with Apple. IF they send an email asking about your support 'experience', be sure to answer and let them know issue was not resolved.
Only way Apple will officially recognize the problem is with support cases.

Same here! I also hoped to get rid of the coma mode by updating to OS 3.1.2, but NO DEAL! I restored the phone several times to factory settings, but the only result was that at start up it just "froze". The only way to thaw it was by a hard reset (Sleep and home button pressed for 10 secs). A smart phone that is not 100% reliable is a disaster. Very disappointed.

you cant downgrade the soft ware others including me have restored the phone as a new phone not from back up and it works for some i would atleast try that first if that dont work log an issue with apple the more complaints apple gets the sooner they will fix this mess there are so many issues with the update even a guy in my home town put a web site up about it.
