Carrier settings file

How can I modify the carrier settings file. I have an unlocked (bought that way from the Apple shop) 3GS with a Hutchison_au.ipcc carrier settings file. This sets up a key on the phone keypad to dial their voicemail when it's pressed. I don't use voicemail (when I want to talk to a computer, I'll use a keyboard) and worse they charge 70 cents every time I hit it and I've got fat fingers. Help...

MacBook, MacMini, iMac20, iMac24, iPhones, Mac OS X (10.6.1)

Switch to Vodafone AU, they have visual voicemail which is free included in your data.

Either that or use Google as has been suggested.
