Which bluetooth usb adapter?

I'm new to bluetooth and I can't find an answer to my simple question.
Can I just buy an bluetooth usb adapter in the shop around the corner or do I have to buy a bluetooth usb adapter specially for OSx?

I want to sync my new SE K750i with my mac.

Thanks

Tim

Hi, I own an MSI Bluetoes adapter, but my Wireless Apple keyboard works fine for a month, the it stops working and recognized, even when i reinstall the osx. the same thing occurs with my phones (P910, K700i and V600) they works fine for a wekk or days, and then i cant sync or send/download images, ringtones.... now i acquire a logitech buetooth mouse, it works fine, because the craddle recognize the mouse signal and sends to the iMac via USB, but like bluetooth it not recognized.... the apple's store says me tha i need to buy an bluetooth internal module from apple or the Dlink module... :s I don't think so.

I just recently bought the latest belkin class 2 bluetooth usb adapter, as i was advised that belkin have bought out d-link, and so the d-link module, is stock only, now and has been replaced by the belkin model.

it has worked flawlessly with no problems right out the box, and im running 10.4.2, imac g5 and it works with file transfers send and recieve, and syncing my nokia 6630 via isynch.

I know everyone says get the d-link, because not many others are fully compatible, but heres one that is. plus it cost £14.99 - thats half the price of the d-link.

Works the Apple Bluetooth Firmware Updater? Do you have Bluetooth 1.2 with AFH? Do you have headset support on your Mac? I guess no.

Please folks go for a D-Link DBT-120 USB adapter. I known you do not believe me and you hate to follow all Apple rules as me but with my Bluetooth PC Card driver I have long experience what works and what is hassle free when it comes to Apple Bluetooth. The D-Link DBT-120 with applied firmware updater is the almost hassle free.
