Top 25 Most Played Playlist Incorrect

I'm using it for podcast, so this doesn't work for me. Any checking and unchecking live update. Is there a way script the checking and unchecking of live updating?

"media kind is music" doens't work or me, only unticking life update fixes it. PITA.

Reported to apple - problem ID 7468204. Quote that problem ID when complaining to Apple.

Can't wait to see their response.... I would imagine it's already reported...

If you want to use this approach for podcasts or other media, use "playlist is not music" instead.

I agree with the other comments though that Apple should be trying to sort this nonsense out.

Thanks shadowbeast, I've read that article before, and "Deselect the option for "Live updating."" is not a solution, it's a bug and isn't an acceptable solution - hence the bug report 🙂

In my situation, the only solution is to unclick the "live updating" box for my top25 and Recent (song played in last week) Playlists.

I tried to include "Media Kind" is "Music" in the rule for the playlists, but this doesn't work.

Hoping the problem cannot solved very soon.
Actually, it is quite annoying to the users.
