iTunes Error 5002

I know man. I feel your pain. I just got out of the shower, just finished dinner, sat down on the couch to use itunes and download a full length movie. It totally just ruined the end of my night.

Me too!!!!! Same problem. Can't download apps from iPhone or computer iTunes. At least I'm not the only one that is experiencing this problem, makes me feel a little better.

You would think that they could atleast post something on the support pages with a ETA for correction!...

At this point at least its safe to say this is just an annoyance not an individualized error. It looks as though almost everyone I speak too including you guys are experiencing this issue. So even though this is annoying as **** and I am ****** off, at least I dont have to call up customer service and ***** at anyone or anything like that. We just have to wait it out like men.

PS- There is a BIG snow storm in the mideast and northeast today producing huge amounts of snowfall 12+ inches, so perhaps inclement weather has affected some kind of server datacenter for itunes????

Cut them some slack, they probably haven't noticed it yet and if they have, it takes time to fix it, depending on the problem.

atleast I know I'm not the only one with 5002 error it must be there log in server.

I'm experiencing the same problem.

Having the same problem with the 5002 error. Are we all sure its nothing on our end?

Basically any device that can connect to the store gets this error and since we can't access our accounts to check otherwise... It has to be on apples side
