iTunes Error 5002
I can't log in to my iTunes account or authorize my computer without Error 5002 coming up. Some people say the can't download music, but I can't even log in. What's up?

My mom's computer was having this error (she's a 20" iMac, as well). I logged out of her account and restarted iTunes. Upon logging her back in, it said some of her address information had changed, prompting me to check her info. As she wasn't in the room, and had iTunes credit, I checked the box "none" for payment info, then closed it out. The account worked fine after that.
