I can't log in to my iTunes account or authorize my computer without Error 5002 coming up. Some people say the can't download music, but I can't even log in. What's up?
I am currently on the phone with apple support. It is confirmed they have problems with their login server. They have put me on hold for a couple of minutes as they are trying to figure out an ETA. I will let you guys know as as I know.

Well my friends... We are SOL, they have no idea when they are goin to be able to be back up. Also they were not able to tell me what has caused the problem so I guess...netflix...maybe?
I got the same message - however, I was trying to deauthorize an old computer so I could authorize my new one. I could download my apps updates from the old system. Don't know - mail sent.
