Itunes Store won't load

Since 5:30 this afternoon I have been trying to get my itunes store to work with absoluetly no success. I click on Itunes store the little loading bar at the top moves to about the middle then disappears and I'm stuck with this screen unmoving:

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong when I do a diagnostics check either.

Now I get the same screen. It used to give me just a blank one. now it gives me the stupid "One moment" thing. It's really pi$$ing me off. I tried reinstalling it yesterday and it did absolutely nothing except waste my time!!! Nothing I do seems to work and if they can't get a version that actually works I think I'm gonna boycott iTunes and go with a site that actually works!!! I can't even get on through the Genius recommendations on the side because it gives me the same screen. Will someone please help me? This is driving me crazy and I've had it with iTunes. If they can't get it fixed soon I'm gonna go to a different site for my music/tv/apps.

Hi Kirsty
This worked for me
1) Open Internet Explorer.

2) Choose "Tools" > "Internet Options".

3) Click the "Connections" tab.

4) Click the "LAN Settings".

5) Make sure that "Use a proxy server for your LAN" checkbox is NOT checked

7) Close the "Options" windows and Internet Explorer. Be sure that you save any changes if prompted.

8) Attempt to connect to the iTunes Store again.
Hope it works

Al
