Keychain Access: "Access to this item is restricted"

Can anyone help me? I open Keychain Access, and pick one and click Show password, it comes out as "Access to this item is restricted". Any solutions?

I tried fixing permissions but a no go. I'm running 10.5.8

I was getting this problem earlier today after some system updates I did a couple days ago. I didn't really pay attention to the updates and didn't notice this until today, so it's possible this has been going on since about the first week of April - the last time I used Keychain.

I only have one account on my MacBook (10.5.8), and this is the Admin account. Just going to Apple > System Preferences > Accounts > and Change Password... and changing the password resolved my Keychain issue. Now, when I try to show a password, it asks for my new System password, and then it has "BLANK wants to access confidential information" warning, and I click Allow, and then it works.
