Ive noticed that the clock never keeps good time. If I wake it it will be a few minutes behind from my iPhone. I have never seen it slower then 6 min. Has anyone else seen this issue?
I have a friend who has seen his up to 2 hours off. He's even reset it to get it back to the correct time and later noticed it was off 15 minutes. I personally haven't experienced this however.
My iPad is having the same problem! I reset it last night (manually) and this morning it was off by about an hour. Others over at the Macrumors.com forum are having the same issue.
I noticed this morning that mine was running about 15 minutes slow and wondered if anyone else was experiencing this. Hopefully a software update will fix this issue.
I've noticed this problem as well, the time on the iPad is very inconsistent. Last night it was 20 minutes slow (I hadn't sync'd in a day or so). Once I sync'd, the time was correct, but this morning I noticed the time was 3 minutes fast. This is very annoying.
I've has mine since the first Saturday, synced only once that first time and since then the clock has been dead on. Have been virtually always on wifi, though. Maybe that has something to do with it?
I just noticed this today. I reset the clock and noticed it it had lost five more minutes when I picked it up a few hours later. WiFi was on the whole time. It set on the iPad dock most of the period during which it lost time.
I have recently noticed that the internal iPad clock has been as much as 7 hours slow. Had to reset it twice in as many days. Problem appeared all of sudden after about a week of use. Clock seems to "stop" when iPad is put to sleep. Any similar experience? Any possible cures?
My wifi is on at all times, but I still see a substantial amount of clock drift. I noticed, though, that when I'm at work, the iPad's clock get in sync with the correct time value. When at home, the clock may drift. Could there be something going on with the iPad syncing to a time value in the wifi access point? Do AirPort Extreme APs have an internal clock? (that's what I have at home)
Same problem here. I've tried to manually set the clock but it always seem to run behind. This is definitely a bug. Hope apple gets to this issue soon.
