HELP! "Problem with the driver for Intel 5 Series/3400 series chipset...."

I am using a new i7 MacBook Pro with boot camp running Windows 7 Professional 64bit with 8mb RAM.

When trying to install my new HP8500 Wireless printer I get this error message:
"Problem with the driver for Intel 5 Series/3400 series chipset family USB Universal Host controller - 3B36. Reinstalling the diver might fix this problem"

I have installed the boot camp 3.1 drivers twice and no help. I need help with details as I am no expert!

Jonah in Whale - really appreciate the help!

I'm on a Mac Book Pro i7, and this workaround worked perfectly.

If you're not able to control the extraction directory, hit cancel after install, and then look under C:\ for the folder, then do what Jonah in Whale suggested.

I have had the same problem for ages and it is stopping windows update working properly. You would have thought when you spend £1700 on a machine you could get proper support . Can't Apple forget their bloody iPhone 5 for a few minutes and sort this problem out !
