iPad lost WiFi signal everytime i wakes up

HI all,
I just got my iPad Wifi for 2 days, everything works like in heaven except the WiFi problem...
And I am not sure if this is related to the weak signal problem that everyone is having in another thread, the problem that I am having is more related to losing a presistent WiFi connection everytime iPad wakes up from the sleep.

It does not happen with my iPod/iPhone at all. But it is frustrating and idiotic to have to go into setting and press the wifi AP name before I can use the iPad.

Any advice?

We recently purchased an iPad2 only two weeks ago, and seem to be having the same problems. Cannot get a wi-fi connection most of the time.

Until I read this, I thought it was something I was doing wrong.

Being a novice at technollogy I have paid for the advice of an I.T. consultation. which comes at a cost. He puts it right, takes his money then walks away, only for it to be the same a couple of days later.

VERY VERY disappointed in the product.
