Hello Team,
This is regarding, today my apple iTunes account INR Rs.800/- got debited (approx. $13) from my account. I have not purchased any app. Same thing has happened to my account. I think hacked. Can someone please check and take the necessary on this Immediately.
Note:- I believe today I see security software update 11.0.1 for this issue.
I have check my iTunes account if someone purchased any app using my account but I can’t see any.
I have been using apple produce form past 6+ year I never seen such kind of issue earlier . I always believe that apple is more secure and trust than any other produce in the market today.
I kindly request apple to refund my money back to my account.

I'm so surprised that the Apple tech could not answer with any intelligence why they could not trace the serial number/ip address to the iPhone
I just asked if they could block that user from any future downloads
I would think Apple would take steps to prevent such things.
I am really looking forward to seeing how "Chris CA" defends to that one.
Apple telling them their only option is to report it to their credit card company as fraud.
