The iPad “Pete’s Pad” cannot be synced. The required file cannot be found.

I have been getting this all day. I have tried reducing the number of folders that I want synced from iPhoto, I have done a restore, I have switched USB cables, I have switched both my MacPro and iPad off and on. All to no avail. All software is up to date, double checked. The same error message keeps coming up. Anyone any ideas before I throw both out the window?

MacBookPro5,2, Mac OS X (10.6.3), iPad Model MB294B Version 3.2 There are 65 apps with 4+Gb spare space and I only want 1 Gg of photos

Hello All: I am having the same problem as well. I deleted the iPhoto Cache, did a reset within the iPad and still am not able to sync. I am incredibly frustrated. I am doing a restore while connected to iTunes am still nothing! I guess I may have to call the help line.

I am trying to update my iPad 2 on my windows laptop. When I open iTunes the iPad is not recognised I have tried diffrent cables and turn both items off and on. Does anyone know why my iPad has not been found
