iTunes 9.2 - unable to play videos ...

Hello, I've got problem to see videos :
I bought yesterday 6 movies, which I can't see in iTunes (9.2, quicktime X, safari 5). I only see a black screen, and no sound at all.
I tried to read one of those movies on another computer (iTunes 9,1, quicktime X, Safari 4) ... And it works !
Does anyone have an idea to solve my problem, considering that the older videos works fine on my computer ? Thanks in advance for your answers.

I have been fighting this issue with iTunes support since early June. None of the HD episodes of TV shows I have downloaded will play on my new iMac. SD plays fine and since the sync'ed version on my iPad and iPod played fine, and iTunes refunded me for my purchase I thought nothing more of it.

Fast forward two months, a new version 10.0 (67) of iTunes and my wife gets an iPad and now the shows will not play on any device....Apple Support escalated me tonight, friendly but can't solve my problem. Had to get off the phone when he ran out of ideas (he tried everything you guys have posted here and more) and said he has to escalate to an engineer and to expect a call in about 3 days.....

Pathetic, I feel like a PC again 😟

Hi There, I've got the same problem here too, but I'm running iTunes 10 on a PC... I can't get my purchased videos to play in iTunes... It asks me to authorize the movie via the iTunes Store and pops up the window requesting that I open the file with iTunes (which is what I was trying to do in the first place) then it asks me twice to log on the iTunes store, then ends up saying the movie is already authorized for my computer, but it ends up not working... Please HELP!!!!!!!!! It's really frustrating as I'd like to watch these movies on my iPod Touch, but am unable to transfer them on it because of that glitch...
