Angry Bird HD no sound, problem with iPad or app?

Hi guys!
I recently bought an iPad and downloaded the Angry Bird HD game. When i first ran the game, i realize there was no sound, even if i press the mute and then unmute it, there was no sound.
I restarted the game and the sound came back. Is anyone having the same issue of running apps with no sound? I'm not sure if this is the problem with the app or with my ipad, hopefully just the app.

My 2 Year old showed me how to do this..LOL!! You go to General --> Use Side Switch to: -> select Mute and then use lock button to unmute the sound.. Hope this help you..

I have turned the mute switch off and on a coupe of times (the switch above the volume bottoms) and worked perfectly

So, i got an ipod touch a few weeks ago, and i bought the angry birds game, and for some reason when i hit level 230 the sound stopped working.How di i fix this on an pod touch?

I know this may seem like a "duh" solution, but is your iPhone on vibrate? If so, Angry Birds audio will not play. Flip the silent switch, see if that fixes it...

IPhone 4. In a duh moment I turned the ringer switch back on. Angry Birds audio works fine.

Yup...that worked for me...i went to settings, changed my orientation switch to mute switch...and voila..sounds work on angry birds etc....u r a genius mane...

Make sure your ringer switch is turned on. I forgot my iPad even had one!
