iOS4 update - now iPhone now reboots during phone call

After about 4 or 5 mins in a phone call my iPhone 3GS reboots itself for no apparent reason. this did not happen before I put the iOS4 update on it. Is the some way I can stop this happening, or revert back to the previous version?

Also my Iphone reboots during phone calls after the upgrade to 4.02. I bought my Iphone in Belgium, using it in the Netherlands. Before the upgrade no problems.

Am praying too. If the dev team is looking for sample iPhones with the problem, i have one that is very reliable in rebooting after 5-10 minutes?

Is there any way to determine the boot ROM version of a given 3gs phone? Or can it the mapped to some specific model ids or serial numbers?

I'm also having the 'reboot during call' issue on all flavours of IOS4 (was fine with IOS3.x)

My IBoot ROM is Iboot-359.3.2
So, don't think it can just be an issue with the older IBoot ROMs.

got a new 3gs from munich genius bar now. required quite a bit of talking, but no more problems so far, all good.

Hello matter to me is the same. My iphone 3G will restart during calls me over 4 or 5 minutes.

After 1226 posts, I can confidently say, it's not the phone...it's the phone running iOS 4.

Same here. 3GS with this common problem. I think that it's incredible that Apple could change the phone rather than making an iOS update...

Same here......since i updated my 3GS 16 GB model from 4.0 to 4.0.1. It crashes while calling after 6 to 8 mins often. Im fed up of this. Cn any one plz tell me the solution fr this.
