iPhone iOS4 + Nike Plus = Bad Combination

I posted this under the Nike + iPod discussion since I thought it might have been a Nike issue, but now I see it's an Apple issue. What is Apple doing to fix this? Anyone else have problems, please log them here.

I updated my iPhone 3GS to OS 4.0 yesterday. My workout history is wiped. My number of workouts, miles, time run and calories burnt are not my own. For example, I've only run68.3 miles but the iPhone shows 193.11!! However, the personal records seem to be my own.

After my short run today, I noticed that my run distance and pace was not recorded although my time was. The sensor appeared to be linked.

Is there a way to get this fixed so I can stay on track with my coaching program? Thanks!

Wish I'd read these reviews before doing my upgrade to iOS4 on my ipod touch! I'm having the same issue - Nike plus takes a much longer time to load & to find the sensor; I get a very LOUD voice telling me it's searching for the sensor; lost all my history; had to recalibrate; and now what used to be a pretty reliable program has become completely erratic - the timer keeps going, but the sensor stops measuring distance; if I pause the workout, the screen takes a while to adjust and the timer seems off; if I re-start the workout, there's a much higher chance that the sensor stops measuring distance altogether...and so on and so forth. Am utterly gutted, especially as I just started training for a marathon and this was meant to motivate me! I just want to scream and throw my stupid Nike plus sensor in the Thames.
