Ipad applications close unexpectedly

I have a 3g 64 Ipad. I brought many games in itunes, the problem is that when I'm playing the games the Ipad keep closing the games and start changing from page to page without pressing any button or touching the screen. I tried to restart the original settings but didn't work. What can be happening here?

Same here, iPad1 and started about 3 months after purchasing. Just assumed it was something I was doing. The older it gets the worst it gets. I first upgraded the O/S and still no change. I have tried multiple wipes and reinstalls and to no avail the same results. Regardless of what application I am using it just closes and returns to the home screen. Gets very frustrating and I find myself reverting to my laptop and Amazon Kindle Fire. I was hoping for some sort of solution. Was going to submit a case to support but see that I have to pay $29, so I will pass. Let me say that I will take Amazon Customer Service any day over Apple. I have determined this is and will be the ONLY Apple product I ever buy.

The only thing I have found that works for brief period is to power cycle the iPad.

If anyone has any other recommendations please provide an update.
