That's AT&T in your area. Get the Mark the Spot app and start reporting problems. They do work on them as I have found out in the past. I would also restore the phone once to make sure something else isn't wrong, and I would also go in some other area and test it.

Hanging out here and complaining isn't going to get you anywhere ahead any time soon.

Actually not hanging out here to complain, but rather come here for advice and to see if others are having same experience. Thank you for your advice on mark the spot. I've already tested in other areas and have same problem. I will restore and see if that helps. Finally, some useful advice instead of Just criticism.
