July 1st despatch date problem UK?

I suspect some of this Apple delivery confusion is coming from Apple thinking that the delivery window in the US using FedX is the same for everyone in the rest of the world. So that four day shipping window they provide on their order status page is quite clearly very wide of the mark in this situation.

Unfortunately with these ambiguous delivery dates being adjusted and changed for the worse, I think Apple might find their actual sales numbers are not going to be what they may think they are. It's too bad the only route to voice our displeasure with their delivery estimates is calling them on the phone !

mine got delivered earlier today at about 1pm luckily. the buzzer for my house wasnt working and the delivery man kindly phoned my mobile number to get my attention. besides the very long delays the people at TNT were very nice and overall i had a very good experience compared to other carriers (DHL can kiss my ***). good luck to everyone else!

Still... in... Arnhem...

Still no updates...The last tracking info is Arnhem. I called today TNT in Lyon. They told me that the package is still on its way, but it's strange that it takes so long. The call center gave me the advice to call Apple.

I am really ****** off. TNT is not capable of handling these deliveries.

Hopefully the blockage has started to clear a bit. Mine only 26-7 hours to get to Arnhem Hub.

I wish you all a lot of patience & good luck with your iPhones, it must really suck to hear those things from Apple/TNT ! Mine was delivered yesterday at my friend in Lyon, it's on its way to Belgium now. I hope nothing goes wrong or it doesn't get stolen or anything...

Slowly losing patience, no because I have to wait, but the lack of up to date information. I should be able to see where my £500+ is travelling, considering they have charged me for it already.

I spoke to Apple and was surprised the response I got.... I asked where is my device.. reply..."It is between China and the UK and the moment" I was speechless at that reply.. where else was it supposed to be.. the Moon!!!

What schedule??? Estimated delivery was july 6th...

What are you whining about? My current status is Arnhem since the 5th of July... this really *****, *** is wrong ?

I have it payed and shipped to a friend in Strasbourg... waiting for the **** thing till i preordered at 17.6.
