iMessage Issue

I’m having an issue with my iPhone showing the wrong date and time in iMessage, it always shows Sunday 12/30/18 9:33 AM. I’ve tried numerous things to try an resolve this issue including turning iMessage off and back on, turning set date & time automatically off and on, restarting the phone, updated to 12.1.1, and finally backing up the iPhone and then completely erasing and restoring it, all to no avail. The images attached are after all of these steps. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
