MMS Imessage Problem

Hello Apple And Apple Community

So basically even in ios 13 and still in ios 14 still i don’t have the MMS message option to enable it. After the new ios 14.4 Update still nothing. No Message MMS enable option it doesn’t show up on the Message Settings please Apple or Apple Community i need some help about this i can’t even send messages or upload a picture to send to someone. It is supposed to show up close to the SMS/MMS Setting Option but nope there’s nothingThis happens all the time i tried everything this is what a did to see for solution:Hard Reset,Resetting Network Settings.

Right now im using Iphone XS Max 256 gb and with ios 14.4 system
