I have Windows 10, Outlook 2016. Worked fine for years. These past two weeks, however, I am unable to send mail thru my icloud account. I keeps asking for password. I tried deleting iCloud and the mail account, and reinstalling. Still does not work. The password is correct because it works on my IOS devices and logging in to icloud. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have 2 Step verfication turned on? if so here your problem, You need to go to https://appleid.apple.com and login to the icloud account in question and under Security there a APP-SPECIFIC PASSWORDS area, press generate password, and then copy that password to your outlook password box.
