I signed out of my iCloud account as there was problems. But i'm having trouble signing back in. It takes a very long time, so far i've been trying for 2 hours. There is no error message, no message asking me to re-enter my log-in information. It just shows the 'signing in to iCloud' message. I'm trying to do it on my iPhone XS.

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. I see you've been unable to sign in to iCloud.
Have you been able to sign in in the time since you made this post? If not, what was the issue that led you to signing out of iCloud? Knowing this might help to determine exactly what's happening.
I recommend trying to sign in using both cellular and Wi-Fi connections to see if one works over another.
If you haven't already, I also recommend that you Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and then try signing in again.
