Managing Email accounts on IPhone 8

I see you want to add and/or delete email accounts to the Mail app on your iPhone. I have a couple of articles for you to take a look at to add or delete email accounts. The first will walk you through adding an email account. The second is a troubleshooting article, but one of the steps it includes is to delete and re-add the account.

Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you can’t send or receive emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

These are the steps to delete the email account:

Remove your email account and set it up again

1. On your computer, sign in to your email provider’s website. Make sure that all of your email is there or make sure that your email is saved somewhere other than your iOS device.

2. On your iOS device, go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts.

3. Tap the email account that you want to remove.

4. Tap Delete Account.

5. Add your account again.
