my problem is I’m trying to text this person , and her messages are comming through. If I try to reply, she’ll tell me she didn’t receive my message. How do I fix it please ? Her number isn’t blocked or anything. Brother in Messages or Phone.
That sounds like your message didn't go out.
First, let's play it safe and go to Settings/Messages and make sure that iMessage is turned ON (green). Send as SMS should also be ON (read description there). Finally, look at "Send & Receive" and confirm that your iPhone phone number shows there. Finally, make sure that MMS and Group Messaging are both ON.

First and foremost, can you send iMessages successfully to ANYBODY?
Do you get a delivered or failure indication at your end?
No. It doesn’t say anything. Nothing at all.
Yes. It’s only hers. I can’t send messages to her.
Did you check the settings I mentioned in my first post?
