Network Connection Problem

I am currently using iPhone Xr which has a E sim capabilities. As Jio is providing E Sim so I am using in my iPhone. I experienced some Problems as follows.

1) Network Fluctuations.

2) Caller person experience my no. Is unreachable although my E sim is on for 24*7

3)Cant hear voice properly While on call

4) internet speed is Low.

Kindly Solve this issues as soon as possible.
