Siri’s Voice Won’t Download
I’m trying to download another voice for Siri but it’s just stuck on downloading. How do I fix this?

- Found this from reddit: Go to [settings] ->[general] ->[language and region] and change your default region to something else. (Keep it to your language I went from English US, to English UK)
After that go back to Siri and change voice. Do know you will have to set up your “hey Siri” steps again. Then go back and switch language back to your original settings.
worked for me, until Apple gets around to fixing this bug. :)

Where in Accessibility do you change Siri's voice??
Thanks!! My iPhone 6 has been stuck at 0% download on the Siri accent for days now. Switched language to UK English instead of English (Canada). Download began instantly to British accent. Would have been nice if there was a preview as there is with sound notifications etc. That's what I wanted: to see if I'd prefer the British Siri accent over the American one. The default was male (of course!). Now I'm having to download the female voice -- which was previewed, praise be. It's working. That's the main thing. Thanks again.
Ok this is what I had to do. Reset all settings which made me restore my backup from iTunes which wouldn’t until the new iOS was installed. Then restore my backup. Then it worked. Good luck!
None of these suggestions have worked for me. I can set Siri's voice to Male Australian on my iPhone X but it doesn't work on my iPad Pro 11".
This worked for me took me a minute as these directions could be better lined out as follows:
General -> accessibility -> speech -> voices -> there select your language and download the accent
