How to disable Flash Message on iPhone 8 plus?

I sometimes get this Flash Message and i manage to get a screenshot of it and inquired it to my mobile services but they have no idea how to shut it off.

I search google but most of the tips are for services like airtle or vodafon.

My carrier is ooredoo and i can't find this "sim application" in my settings.

any ideas? please help.
