SIM application
I can’t find the sim application option anywhere. I want to disable flash messages but I can’t find the option!
All posts say that it has been moved to mobile data but its not there. It’s not in “Phone” either.

The only time I've ever heard to SIM Applications is if the carrier provides those. I've never heard of a setting for flash messages, so this must be something that is carrier specific. If you look under Cellular, you should see Carrier Services. See if what you are looking at appears there. Otherwise, contact your carrier with your question.
