SIM Applications option is missing

I am using an iPhone 5s right now. I regularly use SMS (not iMessages) for chatting. However, I am really annoyed by the flash messages after sending every message which says “Last SMS charge 0.00....”!

So I decided to disable flash messages by accessing the SIM Applications option in the Mobile Data menu. Surprisingly, although SIM PIN option is present, the SIM Applications option is missing!

The iOS version on my phone is 12.2 and I use a Vodafone SIM in India!

As is clear from the above description and images, my aim here is to get rid of the flash messages. So any other way which doesn’t depend on the SIM Applications option is also welcomed!

It would appear that option has been removed by your carrier. You would need to speak to them about it.
