SystemExtr quit unexpectedly

I suddenly got a msg popping up on the screen that says "SystemExtr quit unexpectedly"

But its not giving any information about witch program or anything.


And as always its stand Ignore or report, i started to push Ignore but was coming up after 10 sec and i can't take it away so i push report and it disappear for 10 sec and piping up again.

After following this pathway and replacing the 'USER' with my mac account username I was able to locate the file, drag it to the bin and delete.


Issue fixed! :)

I keep getting SystemExtr quit unexpectedly. popping up every 10 seconds or so on my screen; but it doesnt happen in safe mode; I am also unable to install security update 2018-003-10.13.6

when i come to restart i get available updates changed click show details nothing happens!!!

when i manually restart mac update does not occur

I have diagnosed as per instructions and there dont seem to be any issues with hardware


when i click report systemextr quit report i get the following but am unable to trace the location
