Just upgraded my phone to an xr and my outlook contacts have disappeared. According to the settings, I am supposedly set up to share contacts from outlook to the iPhone but nothing has shown up in a day. I want my contacts back on my phone please!!! it should not be this hard!
it isn't hard, if you sync your contacts with Outlook, you need to make sure that contacts is turned on in mail settings.

I have tried this at least six times. Everything is syncing fine except my contacts.
