iphone xs heating issue

i have been using this phone for more than a month now , whenever i browse or watch videos the right top corner from the back side gets very hot i tried everything i restored the phone from itunes ,i have turned on the power saver ,I have turned off the location service and background App refresh but nothing worked i don’t know what else to do, my device has warranty of 11 months i want a replacement 😭😭
