Microsoft Exchange account not loading in Mojave 10.14.2

I have just updated my MacBook Pro to Mojave 10.14.2 and suddenly my Microsoft Exchange account on the Mac is no longer showing. When I add the account under System Preferences > Internet Accounts, it all goes well but after 5-8 min of activity, all disappears... My iOS devices are working as normal and I can see my Exchange calendar and email in the Apple Apps... not on the Mac.

All worked very well till this last update.


Anyone having the same issue?

MacBook Air (2018 or later)

After checking with Apple Support, here is the fix found for this issue:


In System Preferences > Internet Accounts, create an Exchange new account but instead of letting the system automatically set the account parameters, go to Manual setup and follow the prompts. For me, they were the same as the prompts on the Automatic Sign in option but, somehow, it worked.
