Apps in iTunes

While iTunes is running on my laptop and I plug-in my iPhone I do not see Applications on the left side of the screen as in previous versions of iTunes. My current version is 12.9.2.6.

My iPhone 6 is running with iOS 12.1.1 (16C50)
