Is it possible to embed fonts in Keynote?
I am developing a corporate template and we would like to share our corporate font across platforms (Mac, iOS). We also import PowerPoint presentations, so need some cross-compatibility.

Like Pages, Keynote will use font references, and not font embedding. That means that if that font reference is not installed where the Keynote template is opened, you will receive a warning in Keynote that the font is missing, and font substitution may occur.
The fonts that are actually used in the Keynote presentation will be embedded in an exported PDF.
Powerpoint in Office 2016/2019 for Mac has offered the ability to embed fonts since Sept 2018 (and Word 16.20 now does too). The word "Corporate” from my own personal experience requires MS Office document formats as the corporate document standard. In some business climates, introducing non-standard document formats (e.g. Keynote) may attenuate career growth.
I am well-versed in the Office 365 environment and aware of font embedding - the question was in regards to Keynote and cross-compatibility.
In my actual use case, Keynote is a document format that I must accommodate along with MS Office for "corporate" use, not a personal/pet/student project. Not only do I have to accommodate Keynote and PowerPoint, the template must work across PC, Mac, iOS, and web environments, hence my question.

Had you said originally stated it was a corporate request, that would have changed the attenuation part of the message, but not the difficulties you are facing in cross-platform compatibility using Apple document formats. Contrary to your perception of snarky, I do wish you well, and that is based on decades of my own corporate experience with cross-platform, technical integration issues.

Your assumption that this was for a student or pet project rather than a corporate request reflects on your perceived superiority complex and attitude.
Unfortunately, your decades of experience have been unhelpful in this case as you have not offered any solutions to date.

The solution that I offered was in my first post here. To the extent that you only use your installed, cross-platform corporate fonts in your Keynote templates, then the internal font references will be met, and you will not receive missing font warnings, or potential font substitutions.
I make no assumptions about you, other than what comes across in your missives.
