it's working [ iPhone 8 can use in Belgium ]
if I buy an iphone 8 be a gift from Taiwan ,The iPhone 8 is working in Belgium,the sim card size is the same and working? or the iPhone 8 need unlock ?

The sim card size will be the same yes.
But the iPhone will need to be unlocked to work with Belgian carriers. If its locked to a Taiwanese cellular carrier/service provider it will only work with that carrier, and only that carrier can unlock it.
