Screen protectors for 11" iPad Pro?

Not the best image.. face ID, touch response all working well.

I'll let you know after weekend (my pencil is being delivered) as I'm sceptical about that too.

This isn't true. I have a tried the plastic / film screen protectors and I have the same issue.

Did you get any reply from Zagg? Mine is doing the same thing with Face ID. Pencil seems to be fine.

Glass ones won't work with the new 2018 iPad Pro models.

I suspect that there is a dielectric incompatibility between the glass and the new iPad Pro laminated screen layers.

Thin film, plastic screen protectors have been confirmed to work fine with the new 2018 iPad Pro models, though.

As with many accessories, Apple themselves do not manufacture screen protectors.

Following release of the 2018 iPad Pro models, there have been some reports of glass screen protectors interfering with FaceID - resulting in some screen protector manufacturers redesigning their product to include a cutout for the FaceID sensors - much as they used to do with TouchID that required direct touch.

However, there are also reports of glass screen protectors interfering with screen touch sensitivity as well - which, if confirmed, is perhaps more difficult to resolve.

If a screen protector is fitted, you should always reset your FaceID after fitting anything over the sensor - as the additional optical layer may affect calibration.

Had a few days use now, but not had any pencil issues with the protector.

No glitches, ghost touches of the wavy lines I've seen elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I have the ZAGG glass on my iPad Pro 2018 11” and it does not work. Face ID is useless as the iPad consistently tells me that the “Face ID Camera is Covered.”

Definitely contact them and send it back. I’ve used Zagg products before and have had no issue with their customer service.
