When I connect my phone to my PC, iTunes gives me the options to set up my phone as a new one or restore from a three-year-old backup. The window below is what pops up.
What I want to do however is backup my phone as it is now so that i can transfer this data to a new phone. When I exit out of the window shown above, I go to click to my phone where I want to open settings>summary>backups>back up now however the only options I'm given when I navigate to my phone is to play music, movies, TV shows, etc.
I have the latest versions of iTunes and iOS installed.
