The "red indicator" is but one method to determine water has entered the iPhone, another sure sign is that the phone no longer operates properly.

actually i was mean by wash the iphone a splash light water to clean the iphone and i did it before several times.

How did you "wash" your phone? It sounds like you may have caused damage.
