I received a message from this mail asking me to take a survey about my ipad. The letter was in the style of an apple and with links to the apple site. I followed the link and passed the survey.

Was it a letter from Apple or is it phishing?

And if it was phishing, what should I do?

Will formatting help the device?

Sorry for my bad english.

No, it was a simple survey about ipad.

No information needed to be submitted.

However, I am very interested in what it was.

When I clicked on the link to take a survey, I was transferred to the site (do not click)

I would like to know the official information from Apple, if possible.
