Pairing Problem

After being able to pair my Bose Sound Sport wireless headphones with my Apple Watch, I longer seem to be able to pair the headphones. The headphones continue to pair with my iPhone , but not the Watch. When trying to pair, under bluetooth the spinning gear show beside the devices. I have tried turning the watch off and back on then trying to pair with no success.
