Crack iPhone 8 home button

This is defo a defect with the phone there are way too many people complaining about this issue and this needs to be a recognised in store. I’ve been to your store this week and they said I’ve dropped it, this must of been a good shot as no damage to the rest of the phone. I’ve also been told that to break the home button you would have to hit it with a hammer and a nail because it’s twice as tough as the screen. So if you drop it the screen would smash first.

If I do have to pay to get this fixed I will be selling the phone this is a major defect and needs to be recognised by Apple
