Hello Needhelpssssss,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. I understand you need to restore your iPhone and turn off Find My iPhone. I can help with this. Since you're not able to turn off Find My iPhone from the device itself, you can go to another iPhone and sign into the Find My iPhone app or use a web browser on a computer and go to iCloud.com and sign in to turn it off there.

If those two options don't work for you, you can still restore the iPhone, however, when it starts back up, it will be activation locked until you enter the Apple ID and password used to set it up.

One more item to point out; if you don't remember the restrictions passcode, you will need to set your iPhone up as new rather than restore a backup to it. If you restore the backup, you will also restore the restrictions.

Here's how to restore the iPhone using iTunes on a computer.

Take care.
