How to install Spotify on an iPhone 4s?

iTunes does no longer offer the apps to be installed on my phone, it only shows music, videos, media. iTunes used to have the option to install old apps to make them work with previous app releases.

Try https://www.macworld.co.uk/how-to/iosapps/download-old-version-app-3681477/. It is possible that Spotify may have chosen to withdraw any older version compatible with iPhone 4 so they don't have to support older clients from their end.
