I purchased Netflix through iTunes but I can’t log in to my account

I purchased Netflix through iTunes but I can’t log in to my account and Netflix said my account is inactive. I checked my perchase history and the Netflix item is shown in ‘pending’ column and it HAS BEEN CHARGED already. What’s wrong with my Netflix account and what can I do? Thank you.
